Health and Fitness has and always will play a major part in my life. As a young kid noone could really keep me in one particular spot for more than a minute, I had to be physically active which in most cases drove my parents insane. Coming from a Latin American country Futbol was always going to be the sport I was most likely to excel in but it wasn’t, instead my fitness drove me to a wide variety of sports but ignited a certain passion for endurance training. All throughout high school I would always be selected into their representative teams in particular Cross Country and on most occasions do them proud. It was only after high school I decided that I wanted to make this a part of my career and show others how being fit and healthy can really change your life in a positive way. 

I have been Personal Training for four years, two and a half of them years being in a gym environment. What I’ve come to realise from my experiences is that everybody is there for the same reason and that is to change their lifestyle. If I can be a part of that in any way shape or form whether it be teaching technique, greeting a member/client as they come in or even with a simple smile I get a sense of accomplishment. After finishing my Certificate 3 and 4 I wanted more knowledge which led me to complete my Diploma in Fitness as well as short courses along the way. My next step in life is to finish my University degree while working and share my knowledge with High school students as a Secondary Teacher majoring in Physical Education..
