A BIT ABOUT MICHELLE
Health, Fitness and wellbeing is a natural part of my life and I am very passionate about sharing my knowledge by helping others reach their fitness and health goals. I am married and have 2 young sons who inspire me everyday to look after myself and be a positive role model to them.
Whilst fitness is part of my daily routine now It hasn't always been this way for me. In my teenage years and early 20's I was unhealthy, overweight and suffered from depression. One day I saw a large bootcamp in a park and thought it looked like a great social thing to do. I dragged my husband along and never looked back. We became the regulars going to 2 sessions a day sometimes. My husband then studied fitness and and became one of the coaches. His study did not stop there. He went on to become a caveman trainer, advanced kickboxing instructor, MMA coach and crossfit coach helping so many clients smash their goals.
I found during this time I became interested in different styles of fitness and wanted to learn new ones including kick boxing and Muay Thai, high intensity functional training (HIIT), Crossfit and strength training. I even trained to cycle 900km across Vietnam (one of my hardest achievements).
I naturally became a mentor and motivator to friends and family and they were wanting to train with me so I got qualified with my cert IV in fitness and have since helped many on their fitness journeys in gym and bootcamp environments. I have also studied nutrition for endurance athletes and am always doing nutrition courses and studying all things health and fitness in my spare time. Since having children I am very interested in pre and post natal fitness and have run mums and bubs fitness programs.
