Growing up I wasn't involved in sports at all. During my teenage years my father got me into body-building which taught me discipline and helped me develope confidence and strength, eventually I started to grow bored and that's when I fell in love with kickboxing and muay thai.

I developed skill in an amazing and brutal martial art and along the way built myself up emotionally and physically. I have had several fights and continue to love the training and culture.

I've been training in muay thai and kickboxing for 5 years having 7 fights in that time. I also have a good understanding of how to train for strength and conditioning.

Since first stepping into the gym with dad to first stepping into the ring I've been passionate about health and fitness and what it's done for me but also what I can help others to do with what I've learnt.
