Sports have always been a big part of my life. When I was younger I would play a number of sports until I found a few which really stuck. The sport which has been the biggest part of my life would definitely be fencing. I have been fencing since 2004 and I have competed at a range of levels including representing Australia 4 times with the last one being Commonwealths in Scotland in 2004. I have also trained in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai for 6 years and have had 4 amateur fights.

Now that I am a bit older I am still just as involved in sports but I have fallen into more of a coaching role. I have coached athletes from a range of sports including runners (both middle and long distance), cyclists, and triathletes. I am also currently working with a range of sporting organisations. I am a strength and conditioning coach for the Brisbane Strikers, Queensland Fencing, and Australian Fencing.

My goal as a coach is to use my knowledge and skills to help you on your way to become the best version of yourself you can be!
