I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, working with a wide variety of clientele such as chronic injury, rehab, general fitness, weight loss and elite athlete performance, while also running bootcamps and group fitness trainings.
Having played Rugby Union in NZ, England and Australia, I am a sports enthusiast and enjoy general strength and conditioning training to stay healthy. As a Strength and Conditioning Coach, I have worked with athletes from a number of sports including; Rugby Union & League, Basketball, Golf, Cricket, Rowing and Gridiron.
I believe that the road to achieving your goals is not always a straight and direct one. The biggest challenge to success is finding balance and strength of mind while your body is in a state of imbalance.
