ANDREW RILEY

I am an experienced martial arts instructor as well as a highly motivated personal trainer. With over 10 years experience in delivering instruction on an individual and group basis, I love my job and enjoy being part of the Fitness Industry. My main focus is on developing and empowering clients to reach their individual fitness goals.

I have trained and taught in many countries including Russia, Spain, United States, Canada, Japan and Germany. I have also worked with clients of a wide variety of abilities and goals, from 3&4 years old to 65 years old. My personal attitude towards training is show up, smash it and enjoy the rewards that come from the hard work.

As a young child health and fitness had always been a large part of my life. At a young age, I already had that competitive nature I wanted to be the best and if I wasn’t I would do everything I could to improve my ability. Growing up as a refugee my parents didn’t always have the funding to support me in achieving my goals which was hard at times but made me stronger as an athlete because it gave me that hunger to work even harder even if I didn’t have the required equipment.

I’ve represented teams in Soccer, Athletics, Rugby and Cross country. Working with elite coaches at such a young age I learned so much.

LUKE CHAPMAN

Growing up I wasn't involved in sports at all. During my teenage years my father got me into body-building which taught me discipline and helped me develope confidence and strength, eventually I started to grow bored and that's when I fell in love with kickboxing and muay thai.

I developed skill in an amazing and brutal martial art and along the way built myself up emotionally and physically. I have had several fights and continue to love the training and culture.
