This is the BOXR signature session. If you’re up for a contest, then this class is for you. We combine padwork, heavy-bags and conditioning drills over one, two and three minute rounds. Learn basic boxing skills and develop your punching technique and footwork. Improve your core strength and agility with simple routines that mirror professional boxing drills. This is the ultimate hour of power to fast-track your fitness.


 

METABLITZ

This is an intense trip of high heart-rate metabolic movements. Swap your boxing gloves for dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells and your own bodyweight in high intensity intervals that will fire up your fast twitch fibres and blitz your fitness. Get the best of both worlds in this high intensity combination class. Half boxing, half metabolic conditioning – get your box on as well as burn calories. KARATE KIDS

Titans Martial Arts is a a programme that enhances children's ability to learn, develop and understand how to become more confident individuals in and outside of school. The program teaches the basic moves of martial arts such as falling, rolling, kicking and punching which also involves understanding when and when NOT to use these techniques.

Children who enrol in Titans Martial Arts learn the importance of a healthier lifestyle and staying active which most parents know is a difficult task to achieve in this age because of fast food, video games and internet. This program is expected to increase students' flexibility, hand-eye coordination and fitness.

Titans Martial Arts program is a fun, exciting educational programme that offers an opportunity to improve a student's self-esteem and self-confidence. The programme also introduces students to the much needed tools of how to deal with bullies.
